Openpay is a payment option which provides flexible payment plans at Peace & Quiet, on transactions between $100 and $2,500 with repayment terms from 2 months out to 12 months*.
How it works
The process is simple: choose to transact with Openpay (from $100 to $2,500), a plan is processed in-store, you pay your first instalment of 20% and you pay off the remaining instalments over 2-12 months*. Simply download the Openpay app in Google Play or the App Store to manage your account, balance and budget.
What do I need to use Openpay?
– You will need to be 18 years or older and a permanent resident of Australia
– A debit or credit card
– Identification with a name, date of birth and residential address
– Email address
– The required deposit
– Australian mobile phone number
Is Openpay safe and secure?
Will I be charged interest?
Openpay does not charge interest. However, you will be charged fees depending on your plan total. Please refer to our pricing structure.
Does Openpay perform a credit check?
Depending on the purchase you are making, we may ask you for your consent to perform a credit check. In any instance, you will be asked to consent to the credit check before it happens.
Are there fees?
Plan management fees and establishment fees may be applicable – these will be disclosed to you before your plan is finalised, as they vary from merchant to merchant. If a payment is not made by its scheduled date, a late fee of $9.50 will apply. These fees are also outlined in the email sent to you on the confirmation of your purchase. We understand that there are times when you may not be able to make a payment. Please contact Openpay on 1300 168 359 before your payment date to rescheduled the payment and avoid late fees.
